MUST HAVES

This is also what I call my “Can’t Live Without List”, but when it comes right down to it, the only thing I truly couldn’t live without is my family and I hope to never live without my faith.  Having said that, there are some things in life that I would never want to be without and I’ll be featuring them on this blog because if you’re trying to live healthy, I know you’ll love them too!

Here’s a secret — I’m considering the idea of becoming a full-time RV-er so I can see this beautiful country of ours and towards that goal, I’ve been downscaling my lifestyle for the past year.  When I say “Can’t Live Without” I’m really talking about items that have so much importance in my life, that they’ll get a first class ticket on my RV Trip across America.

That, my friend, is saying alot!  In case you’re not familiar, kitchens in RV’s are tiny at best and each item you choose to take has to be worth it’s weight in gold!  These items are absolutely — non negotiable — must haves in my life!

1		Vita-Mix 5200 Blender I use this just about everyday of the world for smoothies, soups, desserts, ice cream, bread, and much more!  Wouldn’t ever want to be without it! [SEE WHY I LOVE IT]
2		KitchenAid Stand Mixer I use this several times a week! It’s a workhorse and saves me many hours of preparation a week.  Makes beautiful bread dough in a snap; easy pizza dough; cookies; and more! [SEE WHY I LOVE IT]
3		Breville Juice Fountain Elite Again, I use this several times a week. It makes beautifully vibrant fresh juices out of any fruits and veggies I happen to have. It pulls so much juice out of the produce that the pulp is almost dry and it’s easy to clean!
