PREPARATION

- Line 4 salad plates with lettuce leaves.
- Arrange grapes, kiwi fruit, orange sections, and apple slices on lettuce; drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle peanuts atop fruit and dressing, if desired.

You know Leslie the other day I had an idea to learn how to cook with Curry. I think this is a great idea…and even in this winter time…would feel kind of summery in the mouth. Ooooh I think I might try this out for sure!
